Position Summary: Responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitating change-over. Benefits: Start at $30.90/hour $6,000 sign-on bonus Full-time union position Medical, dental, vision, 401k + more Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Career advancement opportunities available Position Responsibilities: Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment Overhaul and install new equipment Rebuild and fabricate parts Maintain a clean and safe work area Generate parts requests to ensure adequate inventory Generate and complete work orders as assigned Perform equipment change-overs and production line setups Any other duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Previous vocational certificate/training preferred 6 months of industrial maintenance experience Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude Basic computer skills Ability to follow manufacturers'' specifications and schematics Ability to record information in a computer system May be required to supply hand tools Must be willing to work any shift Must pass a post-offer background check and drug test
