The Nurse Director will lead a maternity service line that is proud to care for more than 7,000 babies each year. The Nurse Director will lead all clinical and administrative functions of the department including planning and implementing policies and procedures, directing quality reviews of the unit and staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance with both state and federal agencies. The Nurse Director will collaborate with organization leaders to ensure the department is in alignment with system metrics and goals.The Nurse Director is expected to serve as a transformative leader and promote a positive culture within the department.
