Position Title: MSP Talent Advisor Position Number: 389005 Location: Plano, TX 75024 Position Type: Permanent Required Skill Set: Client services, Managed Services, Talent Acquisitions, Verbal Communication, Written Communication Position Description: **Only U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. can be considered as W2 candidates.** SUMMARY: Rose International is seeking a qualified, professional, and organized self-starter to join our dynamic Delivery-Centric MSP program for a global beverage and food client. The DC MSP Talent Advisor is responsible for continuously building and maintaining strategic partnerships with hiring managers by understanding their business, strategic direction, processes, and policies with the goal of growing and developing the account. This role is a part of our rapidly growing Total Talent Solutions (TTS) division which embraces a collaborative, transparent and productive work environment. Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (CST), Monday - Friday Location: Onsite at client in Plano TX Position Structure: Permanent Internal Placement ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: MSP Relationship Development • Build and maintain a strategic MSP partnership with client stakeholders and hiring managers by understanding the client''s business and needs to aid in producing the best Manager/role/culture - talent match • Consult with recruitment team or vendors to ensure they are engaged and aligned with client''s needs • Consult with the Program Director to assist in development of processes and initiatives to meet the client''s needs and expectations • Execute against growth goals by leveraging relationships and positioning company as a multi-dimensional solution with resources to meet a multitude of staffing needs and high-level skill sets • Meet with client stakeholders, hiring managers and end users to assess business needs, requirements, performance, overall satisfaction with the company service levels, and opportunities for growth MSP Program Management: • Serve as the point of contact for all escalation issues, respond to and resolve operating problems • Forecast demand for operational resources based on program trends to support ongoing client business requirements • Fulfill contract SLA''s • Conduct training on VMS for end users • Provide client reporting on service delivery measurements and specific statistics • Perform regular business reviews with clients, conduct satisfaction surveys, maintain and adhere to standard operating procedures, performance review of KPI''s and SLA goals MSP Talent Management and General Operations: • Manage job requisition from creation to hire • Conduct requisition intake sessions with managers/individuals requesting talent • Review job description for clarity and understanding, gather additional details and communicate those to supply chain • Assess top talent to determine appropriate candidates for roles, may require interviewing talent • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, coordinate and schedule interviews • Manage talent with respect to company and client-specific onboarding, roles and responsibilities, and time entry • Ensure compliance with client procurement policies, guidelines, and processes • Conduct operational health and wellness checks including weekly audit checklists, and monitoring of key reports and metrics such as billing registers, aging detail, and financials • Perform within the company''s operational standards of excellence while using specific tools for retention of talent and client development activities QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma, or equivalent required, Bachelor''s degree highly preferred • 3-5 years of staffing industry experience, required • 1+ years in Managed Services (MSP), high preferred • Prior experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Fieldglass preferred • Performance review of KPI''s and SLA goals • Strong competencies in networking, client focus, adaptability, planning and organizing, promoting core values • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload • Must work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to identify customer''s needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations accordingly • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities • Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization • Ability to build effective relationships with work teams through collaboration COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: • Salary, commensurate with experience as well as commission and annual bonus potential • Rose offers benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision; Short Term Disability, 401K; Life Insurance/AD&D, Accidental Coverage, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity Plan ABOUT ROSE: Rose International, founded in 1993 by Sue Bhatia, has grown dramatically in the staffing industry becoming one of the nation''s leading minority and woman-owned providers of Workforce and Technology Solutions, as well as offering a world-class Delivery-Centric MSP solution.
