job summary:The Employee Relations Director position is a vital role at this dynamic, global company. Partner with executives and senior management to create and implement effective policies and procedures. Ensure policies and procedures are compliant with company guidelines and appropriate regulations; develop and implement trainings to ensure complianceWork cross functionally to investigate, resolve complex employee issuesTrain staff and management on best practices, resolving conflict, how to handle escalationsKey player in designer and enforcing company ethics; ensure all policies, procedures and practices are compliant with local governmentsAct as partner to executives and management on sensitive issues related to furloughs, performance issues, terminations, leaves, COVID planningReview employee manual to ensure all polices are up to dateHire, train, motivate staff.
