Job DescriptionThe Account Manager is responsible for developing and growing our National Accounts (Fleet Management Companies, Warranty, Rental Car, Roadside, Government, Dealerships, and Installer programs) and growing our regional and local fleet business. The Account Manager will develop and grow assigned accounts or segments partnering with company personnel in developing business plans, pricing strategies, and customer presentations to align with the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers'' needs and expectations are met by the company. Essential Functions:Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accountsCoordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and customers'' expectationsProactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones for a one and three-year periodProactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basisLeads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnelAchieves assigned sales quota in designated national accountsMeets assigned expectations for profitabilityAchieves strategic customer objectives defined by company managementCompletes strategic customer account plans that meet company standardsBuild long-term relationships with employees, clients, government officials and stakeholdersSurface insights to drive executive decision making across the businessRespond to inquiries from the stores regarding your customersManage AutoIntegrate updates and resolve open repair orders in AutoIntegrateUse business intelligence platform (Sisense, PowerBI) to run queries and reports for business reviews and operational reportingSupport stores with damage claims for your customersManage accounts receivable with FinanceSupport stores to help drive new fleet business through coaching on the process, where to find forms, and help with questions from the Credit team about new applicationsPerform other duties as assignedManagement Responsibility: The Account Manager is an individual contributor to the team and works under the general direction of the VP, National Accounts to execute the strategic initiatives of the organization.
