MOMA Title: Marketing Program Manager Position Description The ''World''s Largest Search Engine''s'' Growth Marketing Team is looking for an organized, collaborative, and diplomatic Program Manager to join a marketing team that owns multiple global campaigns. As part of this team that mobilizes cross-functional narratives, this person will have a key role in curating content about product features/tips and news and compiling the cross-product content into single useful narratives. This person will be responsible for managing the creative process for asset production, and helping the many working teams stay organized and working towards monthly launch dates. In addition, part of this program manager''s time will be devoted to overseeing the assets through the localization process, partnering with an agency, gathering content from teams, organizing them for the development team, managing the production timeline, and then providing the final deliverables. While the moment-to-moment tasks may seem mostly organizational, in the bigger picture we are looking for someone who can be a friendly diplomat to other teams - someone who helps keep people in the know and able to help us build and operationalize an internal engine, improving efficiencies and timelines, identifying high-impact approaches, and being a thought partner in making the overall program a success. A person who thrives in this role will help the team navigate timelines and dependencies and empower a wide variety of team members to contribute and deliver on time. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams on identifying featured content. This means helping to stay in touch with a variety of cross-functional product marketing teams to get a clear view into a wide range of teams'' objectives, which will be used by the broader team to curate products included in the marketing program. Managing communication with Partner Marketing teams. This includes keeping partner marketers up-to-date on the campaign and keeping the partner marketing hub current with the latest assets and product information. Create and maintain internal communication tools to help stakeholders stay current and engaged through the life cycle of the campaign creation and execution. This includes creating and maintaining an internally facing website and informational deck. Manage the production process of creative assets. This involves collecting a variety of assets from product and UX teams, working with agencies to package them for a variety of marketing channels, and shepherding the assets through the feedback cycle. It also means assisting with communication across teams to keep next steps clear and the production on time. Oversee localization for the assets. This means understanding, gathering and tracking the regional and language availability of various products, sourcing key assets from product teams and agencies, working with an external agency to translate, routing the translations to internal stakeholders for QA, and ensuring final delivery and launch of the assets. Managing the feedback collection and implementation process with partner and vendor teams. This means keeping all teams aligned and driving consensus and providing aggregated feedback and change requests to the development team with the goal of minimizing the number of rounds of feedback and shortening the campaign production timelines to stay on track with launch dates and budget. Top 3 Daily Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams on identifying featured content. Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory Bachelor''s degree or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 4 years of global email marketing experience with demonstrated success from concept to completion. Experience working cross-functionally to design, launch, and scale marketing programs. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
