Skills Trainer (Project SEARCH)

As a Skills Trainer for our Project SEARCH Employment Internship programs you''ll provide 1:1 onsite coaching in job rotations, as well as assisting with classroom teaching. Additionally, you''ll complete task analysis when required; communicate with business'' Department Manager/Hiring Manager to assist in a successful internship, assist with job development for all interns at the end of the internship, and complete all necessary billing and documentation. Also, this position provide pre-employment activities such as resume assistance, online applications, and learning soft skills. This position is temporarily remote, but will require in-person support within Multnomah, Clackamas, and/or Washington counties when possible. Qualifications Three years'' experience working with persons with developmental disabilities in an employment setting preferred. Ability to pass a criminal history check and pre-employment drug screening. Ability to meet agency driving requirements.
