Radiology Director

A beloved hospital in Southeast Texas is actively seeking a Radiology Director to join their outstanding team.This 16-bed physician-owned inpatient facility has six operating rooms and two endoscopy suites. Unlike larger facilities in the area, the physicians and staff at this facility are able to focus more time to provide personalized attention to each member of our patient family. Working alongside a fantastic facility leadership team, the Radiology Director will be largely responsible for all day-to-day and long-term imaging services activities and operations. The Radiology Director, serves as a professional and technical subject matter for the Radiology department. Responsible for care within the scope of the field of radiology for pediatric and adult patients, in a manner that is cost effective without compromising quality of care. Expected practice behaviors include assessment, planning, implementation of radiological interventions and assessment. The Director establishes and implements policies and procedures in accordance with CMS/JCAHO, Federal and State Laws.Requirements for this position include:High School DiplomaARRT certificationCPR certificationPrevious management experience is preferred but not required.This area of Southeast Texas is a unique place to live and work, with a vibrant home-town feel.
