Manager Regional Sales Midwest

Fiber Glass Systems, a business under NOV is hiring. Territory Sales Representative (TSR) is responsible for generating profitable sales growth for underground and aboveground petroleum and water products in the Midwest territory - Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, and the Dakotas. Responsible for servicing existing accounts, establishing new accounts, and maximizing customer satisfaction. Candidates must live within the Midwest territory. FGS webpage Job Description: Establishes and maintains a good working relationship with customers by providing technical assistance, entertaining and frequent personal contact with customer''s upper-level management. Develops and presents proposals to customers to solicit sales of Fiber Glass Systems products. Provides technical guidance and sales support whenever necessary. Prepares forecast and budget for territory and monitors progress on a regular basis. Stays abreast of competitor''s products and services and assists in developing market and pricing strategy. Assists in preparing job specifications and in making presentations to various industrial, governmental and code officials. Skills/Experience: BS degree or equivalent experience Three or more years of experience in professional and technical sales working with Engineers, Architects and Owners. Knowledge in the downstream petroleum industry preferred. General understanding of how environmental regulations are enforced in the petroleum and water markets. Requires excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers. Requires good organizational and computer skills to prepare presentations, maintain customer files, prepare management reports and maintain accurate records. Job Requirements: Work may require evening and weekend work Previous customer-facing experience Candidate must be able to work independently in a home-based office. Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills to include the ability to provide group presentations in a seminar environment. Significant domestic travel is required.
