Warehouse Coordinator

Participates in all prerequisite programs ensuring the adherence to the facility''s HACCP/Food Safety programs. Work with drivers to ensure trucks are loaded correctly. Verify number of cases/pallets to be loaded for shipping. Finish preparing product for shipment. Ensure correct materials are delivered and verify amounts. Take samples of incoming raw materials and packaging. Accurately complete and file appropriate documentation on incoming and outgoing items. Provide raw materials and packaging to Production in a timely manner. Maintain records on warehouse equipment and have equipment serviced as required. Maintain safe, organized warehouse as directed in SOPs and plant policies. Directs the work of the warehouse worker as needed May perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor. Skills: Forklift certified. Computer literate. Strong follow-up skills. Excellent organizational skills. Comfortable working with numbers. Experience: 1 2 years warehouse operations experience. Experience loading trucks preferred. Shift is Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
