The Nurse Manager Acute Care will be able to grow within this accredited hospital. The Nurse Manager Acute Care will report directly to the Nurse Director and CNO. The Nurse Manager Acute Care will also have a large scope of support. The Nurse Manager Acute Care will be supported by some of the most experienced staff RN-s, Nurse Supervisors, techs, and more.The Nurse Manager Acute Care will utilize their nursing leadership experience to assist the Nurse Director with running both the Medical Surgical, Telemetry and Observation Units fiscally, operationally, and administratively correct. The Nurse Manager Acute Care must be able to create an environment that promotes growth of staff. RN''s with their BSN or higher and previous leadership experience will earn quick interviews but the hospital is open to speaking with up-and coming Nurse Leaders as well.
