Collections Representative

Nesco Resource is currently hiring Collections Representatives for a premier employer in the Montoursville, PA area. These are entry level positions that service and contact customers who are in a delinquent account status by negotiating and collecting payments. These roles also supports customers who are experiencing various account management issues including; future payments, vehicle repairs and lease assumptions. Candidates will utilize exemplary customer service skills while discussing past due payments and payment options. Must be resilient and have an ability to deal with difficult customers without feeling personally attacked. Functions: Collect past due amounts from assigned portfolios and collection queues Conduct follow up calls and maintain documentedeffort to have customers follow through with commitments Verify and validate customer information Collaborate with other departments and report activities based on negotiated and collection results Education/Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Prior exposure to collection activities Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills with an ability to type 30 wpm Strong analytical skills Ability to work independently or in a team environment Bilingual in Spanish a plus Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour Hours: Must be available between 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 2:00pm on Saturdays.
