Collections Program Leader

Afni is hiring a Collections Program Leader that is a middle level management position with primary responsibilities for working with senior management in creating strategy to meet the organizational and revenue goals of the Subrogation business, with accountability in said goal attainment. The Program Leader ensures adherence to project guidelines, updates and implementations; watches for trends in Quality or other issues which may need to be addressed; serves as the primary liaison for the distribution of project specific information to Subrogation Specialists and other departments; handles client scorecard and complaints or inquiries from clients, and is the primary resource for program coaches in providing for their development and assistance. What you will be doing: Works with Senior management to strategize Subrogation goal attainment. Educates, monitors and coaches team of Subrogation Specialists to execute and achieve Afni''s performance objectives and individual/team goal attainment. Assists in the coordinating and monitoring of the daily work flow to ensure all operational functions are performed on an efficient and timely basis in order to meet quality and performance standards. Assists in the maintenance, compilation, and delivery of performance reviews for individual project team members. Monitors P&L for Senior Management as well as client goals through the client and Afni scorecard. Tracks and proposes solutions such as training for Quality or other presenting issues. Answers client questions and requests for information Collaborates with Instructors to coordinate on-going training.
