Machinist/Polisher - $2000 Sign On Bonus

Milacron is looking for a Precision Polisher to join our team in Mount Orab, Ohio. As a Precision Polisher you will be responsible for the set-up, operate, and tend grinding tools for finishing. We are currently offering a $2000 sign-on bonus for new hires! We are hiring for both 2nd and 3rd shifts - 2nd shift is from 3PM-11PM and 3rd shift is from 11PM-7AM. Generous 401K Matching Program - 3% (base pay) automatic contribution + $.50 for each additional dollar saved on the first 6% of pay saved* Paid Parental Leave Competitive pay Opportunities for development and advancement What you''ll do: Inspect and measure finished pieces to determine conformance to specifications Set up, operate, and tend grinding and related tools that remove excess material Set and adjust machine controls Measure work pieces and lay out work using precision measuring devices Study and interpret blueprints, work orders, or machining instructions Other duties may be assigned Basic Requirements: 1 year+ of machining experience preferred Prior experience reading micrometers and other precision measurement tools Mechanically inclined Physical Demands: To perform this job successfully, the physical demands listed are representative of those that must be met by an employee.
