This position works to successfully identify and qualify healthcare providers for Envision Physician Services (''Envision'') for permanent opportunities in the Women''s and Children''s and Radiology Service lines. ResponsibilitiesThis is a remote position, allowing the Clinical Recruiter II to be based anywhere in the country. RESPONSIBILITIES: Source, recruit, qualify, screen, and higher healthcare providers for Envision by enlisting a variety of methods including, but not limited to: responding to inquires generated from marketing programs, utilizing internal and purchased databases, sourcing from job boards, attending medical specialty conferences, professional networking, cold calling, e-mailing, and more. Qualify candidates and match them to our open needs within Envision. Educate providers on the opportunities and benefits that will enhance their ability to achieve personal and professional goals. Establish long-term relationships with providers and gain referrals. Complete initial quality screening and guides providers through the application, credentials review, and contracting processes. In collaboration with team members, negotiates contract terms including provider compensation. Works in a team-based setting to identify day to day business priorities and targets personal recruiting efforts appropriately. Establish and maintain communication and rapport with providers to create a plan for them, consult with them on their options, and keep them informed throughout the process. Develop and execute marketing strategies to create new pipelines and support existing business. Participate fully in a performance driven environment through the understanding of the company and team goals and metrics and the recruiter''s role in meeting and exceeding those goals. Travel may be required up to 15%. Adhere to Information Security Policies and ensure that Envision is as secure as possible.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, a Clinical Recruiter II must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Thorough knowledge in Women''s and Children''s and Radiology service lines a plus. Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately, both written and orally. Able to consistently meet established production and quality goals and metrics; Able to travel up to 15% as needed. Must be comfortable in a work-from-home environment; Must meet company basic standards for working remotely. Education/Experience: Associate''s Degree or Bachelor''s Degree preferred with 1+ years'' experience in a recruiting, sales, marketing, or business development capacity; equivalent combination of education and experience would be considered; Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.If you are ready to join an exciting, progressive company and have a strong work ethic, join our team of experts!
