OverviewSystems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is a trusted analytical services firm that has provided services to the Department of Defense and many federal agencies over the past 40+ years. The Naval Surface Warfare Analysis Group provides on-site analysis, assessment, and reporting of issues to assist the U.S. Fleet Forces Command in delivering a more lethal Fleet by closely tying Navy resourcing and system installation decisions to operational requirements. IN123 CJResponsibilitiesAssist the Fleet Forces Command force Development staff generate Baseline Configuration Change Plans (BCCPs), Capability and Capacity Analyses (C/CAs), and System Wholeness Assessments (SWAs) The scope of this PWS encompasses support required to generate Baseline Configuration Change Plans (BCCPs), Capability and Capacity Analyses (C/CAs), and System Wholeness Assessments (SWAs) their integration with the Integrated Prioritized Capability Lists (IPCLs), the Integrated Priorities Letter (IPL) and the Program Objective Memorandum (POM).This role is available IMMEDIATELY! QualificationsRequired: Education: Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business. Previous military experience and experience working with Echelon two (II) military commands Ten (10) years of experience as a technical lead and subject matter expert in Surface/IAMD/Subsurface Warfare Areas Experience in strategic planning and Navy Surface/IAMD/Subsurface operations, policy, doctrine and systems. Experience conducting mission analysis at operational or tactical level. Experience leading ad-hoc teams. Experienced public speaker and presenter at the action officer level. Active DoD Secret clearanceDesired Have a general understanding of PESTONI and DOTMLPF-P metrics to assess future capabilities. Experience adapting to a fast-paced, team-based environment and managing or leading team performance. Experience handling multiple priorities and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity/deliverables.
