Establishes and monitors results-producing relationships with referring physicians, case managers, social workers and other industry related organizations. Educates team members and referral sources about service capabilities. Must understand the competitive Home Care environment and act as a key member behind the process of identifying, evaluating, building and implementing new business opportunities that achieve significant revenue and segment profit. Working under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for growing market share across industry - this is done through, qualifying opportunities, penetrating new accounts, expanding existing client relationships, or managing strategic partnerships.Reporting Relationship:Reports to OwnerPrimary Responsibilities:Demonstrate open and effective communication with clients, family members, franchise members, franchise owners, colleagues, CAREGivers and referral providers/care providers.Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, performance objectives, workplace behaviors, and business ethics codes and ensure that they are implemented and communicated to all employees.Identify areas of opportunity to expand client care revenue and community relationshipsDevelop and implement sales strategies with Owner and Client Care Manager to increase businessDevelop sales and marketing plans, detailing weekly and monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals in conjunction with franchise leadershipConduct research on new and untapped referral sourcesCollaborate with departments and resources to meet the needs of prospective and active business clientsEffectively present Home Instead marketing materials and services to referral providers, including 1:1 meetings and presentations in group settingsPlan, arrange and conduct formal group presentations to referral providersMaintain a pulse on the strategic position of the company within the marketWork independently and collaboratively to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsDevelop a database of qualified leads from referrals through face-to-face cold calling on referral providers, email, telephone and Web contactsParticipate in and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects, and co-workersPursue a program of self-development through the use of selected reading, seminars, and participation in continuing educationDevelop and maintain knowledge of Home Instead brand and healthcare industryPerform On Call Coordination on rotating weekends and holidays.Secondary Responsibilities:Conduct introductions, care consultations and quality assurance visits as deemed necessaryField new client inquires over the phone in a knowledgeable manner and enter information into the operating systemPerform any and all other functions and responsibilities deemed necessaryEducation/Experience Requirements:Results-oriented individual with a track record of substantial professional sales accomplishmentsExisting knowledge of and relationships with healthcare facilities, agencies, and community groupsMinimum of two years of experience in sales or marketing capacities, with at least one year in a health care setting or company is preferredHave existing relationships with home health care referral sourcesProven record of demonstrating the drive and creativity to increase client baseCollege degree or equivalent work experienceMust possess a valid driver''s licenseMust be able to work in the field, and be insurableKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectivelyMust have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlinesMust express high level of creativity, flexibility, and decisivenessMust demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skillsMust demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies and proceduresMust demonstrate knowledge of the senior care industryMust have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly workMust have the ability to establish good working relationships and effectively communicate with the franchise owner, office colleagues, CAREGivers, clients, referral providers and community membersMust have the ability to present a professional appearance and demeanorMust have the ability to operate office equipmentMust be patient and congenial on the telephoneMust have computer skills and be proficient in Excel and WordMust have the availability to work evenings or weekends as requiredMust have the ability to perform duties in a professional office settingMust have the ability to perform daytime travel throughout our Northeast Nebraska service area.Benefits:Weekday Full Time ScheduleCompetitive Wage/Salary Based on ExperiencePaid Time OffHolidays OffVerizon DiscountsPaid Continuing Education TrainingRewarding and Meaningful CareerJob Type: Full-timeExperience:Sales: 5 years (Preferred)business development: 2 years (Preferred)Education:Associate (Preferred)Work authorization:United States (Preferred)Work Location:Multiple locationsEach Home Instead franchise is independently owned and operated.
