Job Description:This position is for an operations analyst on the GBAM Operations Tax and Control Banking Outreach team. The Banking Outreach team is responsible for supporting all elements of the collection, validation and inquiry process of the FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance ACT) and CRS (Common Reporting Standards) tax regulations. This team works directly with Treasury clients and a number of global business partners including the tax operations teams in the US, APAC, EMEA, and Canada/LATAM as well as Corporate and Enterprise tax, Fulfilment, Service and Operations.Key Responsibilities:• Refresh of expired tax forms.• Collection of tax forms for a change in circumstance.• Reporting validation (weekly, monthly, annually).• Refund analysis and approval.• General inquiries.• Translation and dissemination of Global Tax communications.Key Requirements:• A minimum of 1 year client facing experience.• Strong attention to detail is critical.• Proved ability to create and deliver strong business results.• Ability to work to deadlines.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Good team player, enthusiastic and committed.• Ability to prioritize, use own initiative and be flexible.• Proactive approach to problem resolution.• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, navigate change and prioritize daily.Desired Skills:• Knowledge of both FATCA or CRS Tax Regulations.• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.Other Qualifications:• Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions.• Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward.• Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs - is a continuous learner.• Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change.• Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base.• Believes in value of diversity so we can reflect, connect and meet the diverse needs of our clients and employees around the world.Job Band:H6Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Weekly Schedule:Referral Bonus Amount:0 --> Job Description:This position is for an operations analyst on the GBAM Operations Tax and Control Banking Outreach team.
