Your future starts now.The Client Service Manager will be the primary contact for a specified block of defined contribution business and is responsible for overall client satisfaction on the assigned business. You will need to effectively use available resources to independently resolve a variety of issues, including inquiries on Compliance, the plan administrators website, tax reporting, audits, re-pricing of contracts, broker commissions, investment options, plan and contract terminations and all related SEC and IRS guidelines. In addition, you will need to have knowledge of ERISA and IRS codes 401(a), 401(k), profit sharing and related retirement plans.What you will do Accountable for overall delivery of service to our plan sponsors, advisors, partners and third party administratorsManage daily communications with internal and external parties to maintain and develop strong client relationshipProactively address and communicate essential recordkeeping information to stakeholders during each plan year, including compliance testing results, plan amendment requests, plan design issues, regulatory changes, product enhancements, and new website functionalityEnsure issues are being resolved and clients are kept apprised of progress ensuring highest level of client service and satisfactionHandle moderately complex problems/issues and refer more complex issues to senior staffEducate clients on plan provisions and functionality of plan sponsor & participant websites and EIVRCoordinate production and/or rollout of custom or specialized reporting for clients as requiredPromptly handle escalated issues requiring special handling through coordination with various internal departments including functional processing areas, legal, compliance, systems, financial control, and technical supportParticipate in and/or coordinate conference calls and meetings to consult and assist the client with questions or basic to complex issue resolutionParticipate in finals presentations as requested by the Regional Sales DirectorWhat you will bringAssociates degree, preferably in Business, Finance or a related field or equivalent years of work experience3 - 5 years of experience in financial services industryKnowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of ERISA, DOL and applicable IRS regulations related to retirement plansWhat will set you apart FINRA fingerprinting upon hireExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to apply critical thinking, multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectivelyFINRA series 6 permitted, but not required What we offer youWe offer an array of diverse and inclusive benefits regardless of where you are in your career. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
