Your future starts now.This position is responsible for being the primary relationship manager overseeing an established book of business within assigned territory.This role will support the Western part of the United States. 60-70% Airline travel.What you will do:Providing relationship management and overseeing 20-30 mid-size to large plans, generally in the $25MM - $50MM range. Responsible for client retention and growing our existing plans. Responsible for sole relationship with client, education strategies, plan review, asset diversification. Assisting with the sales team on developing new business and attending finals presentations.What you will bring:Bachelor''s Degree in business or related discipline 4-7 years financial services experience preferredREGISTRATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSING REQUIRED: Requires FINRA Series 6 & 63 registrations required within corporate-established timelines.FINRA fingerprinting required.What will set you apart:Previous experience presenting to large groups and individuals Advanced 401k, compliance, plan documentation and investment knowledge Will travel majority of the time (60-70%) via airline travel to various states as well as using personal vehicle to go to local meetings with plan sponsors and brokersWhat we offer youWe offer an array of diverse and inclusive benefits regardless of where you are in your career.
