ASC Nurse Manager

A recently opened outpatient surgery centers excited to hire a Nurse Manager. The RN ASC Manager will work at a busy outpatient endovascular center that performs approximately 20 cases per week. As this ambulatory surgery center build its case volume, the Nurse Manager will lead infection prevention, quality, patient outcomes and train operating room, preop, and recovery room staff. Due to the lean staffing in ambulatory surgery centers, the Nurse Manager will be comfortable scrubbing, circulating or recovering patients as needed. The Nurse Manager will report to the Surgery Center Administrator that has been with the outpatient surgery center since opening. The outpatient surgery center is managed by an experienced team of ASC leaders from across the country. This ambulatory surgery center is conveniently located in central California. An hour drive gets the Nurse Manager in San Francisco and Silicon Valley while an hour the other way allows them to relax and beautiful Yosemite National Forest. Northern California is home to incredible year-round weather and diversity that it''s hard to match. The Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurse Manager will have experience with outpatient procedures, outpatient Cath Lab, peripheral vascular, cardiovascular, and device placements. The Interventional Radiologists, Cardiologist and experienced Surgeons are excited to expand care in an outpatient surgery center that provides a better patient experience for all.
