Your future starts now.Senior Analyst Digital Accelerator leads process enhancements, special projects, and strategic initiatives across the Finance & Accounting teams. Responsible for contributing to the ongoing strategy for the Investment Administration team. Direct project workflow and work with existing team members to build on their experience and efficiency. What you will doAssist with making recommendations regarding system enhancements, IT and Investment Operations department resources, and Investment Operations department goals.Work as needed with internal IT and systems development resources to research process flow issues. Responsible for project work related to automation opportunities and internal process modernization, with an emphasis on technical process enhancements. This includes developing and writing system specific message files to support process using Alteryx, robotics and other tools available.Use project management tools to communicate project plans and status updates. Mentor team members to build on their experience and efficiency.Establish and maintain procedures and best practices for organization, including reviewing, recommending and implementing changes to improve processes and workflow.Support management in working with associated line of business leaders to assist in establishing and maintaining a clear process roadmap. Assist with Onboarding of new clients and accounts.Assist in defining and executing tactical steps that realize a strategic technical vision.Define and implement continuous improvement processes to elevate organizational capabilities and business value.What you will bringBachelor''s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience5+ years of securities operations or accounting experience in the investment administration area of a financial industry firm. Without a specialized degree, an additional four (4) years plus of directly related experience is required Software development backgroundWhat will set you apartStrong understanding and experience with Financial Services companies as well as strong analytical and quantitative skills Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Access and Power Point) required Experience with Alteryx and Tableau, Crystal Reports or similar software. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
