INCREASED PAY RATES! - $14.25 per hourFull Time - Must be 18 Years OldAt Great Wolf, the Floor Care Attendant is critical to ensuring the overall atmosphere of the Lodge meets or exceeds Great Wolf and guest standards. The Attendant is responsible cleaning and maintaining of flooring/carpet throughout the resort.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesVacuuming, spot removal, and carpet cleaning using approved equipment and supplies throughout the entire resort including; all public areas, stairwells and guest roomsPile lifting to ensure flooring is within resort standardsOccasional bodily fluid spot removal is requiredReads and comprehends material safety data sheets for all chemicals and use them according to directionsReport maintenance issues in public areasCommunicate with guests in a professional and courteous mannerRequired Qualifications & SkillsMust be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demandsSuccessful completion of criminal background check and drug screenProven ability to work independently with limited supervisionDesired Qualifications & TraitsPrior experience with the handling of cleaning chemicalsExcellent customer service skillsPhysical RequirementsAble to lift up to 30 lbs.Able to push/pull up to 100 lbs.Able to bend, stretch, and twistAble to stand for long periods of timeAble to climb multiple flights of stairs on daily basis and walk frequentlyAble to work with chemicals according to directionsEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
