Job Description:WHY SHOULD I APPLY? (Overview of Role)This role drives the execution of marketing campaigns across Offers Management (OM)/Insight Engine (IE) channels and subchannels in Online Banking (OLB), Mobile, Erica, Financial Centers, and Contact Centers. This includes driving discussions with the business, advising/influencing partners regarding functionality/capabilities, capturing requirements, coordinating with other execution partners, and testing and production validating campaigns on front-end systems. The roles supports several products as well large initiatives such as channel integrations with OM/IE, Card Go, Erica Insights, Life Plan, Digital Dashboard, Fraud Alert Routing, Merchant Enhanced Loyalty, and other efforts.WHAT WILL I BE DOING? (Responsibilities)- Create innovative solutions to complex campaign requirements to minimize execution resources and increase speed to market.- Develop implementation plans for targeted customer offers and referrals managed through Offers Management/Insight Engine- Consult with and advise segment marketing, product, and channel partners on offer design and the effective execution path- Translate the intended customer and associate experience into technical requirements for real-time offer display- SME on OM/IE, real-time rules, file functionality, all front-end applications (Lead Gen, Interact, Sales and Service App, Synergy/RDUI, iOriginate, OLB, mobile, etc.), and back-end system capabilities. [Training provided.]- Manage strict execution timelines and SLAs for implementation plans, test script preparation, test data requests, etc. to ensure on-time and error-free campaign deployment- Reduce the risk of defects by performing User Acceptance Testing and Production Certification of offer deployments and ongoing monitoring of production environment including troubleshooting issues- Partner with channel/segment marketing and channel process teams to align expected associate/customer experience, offer scripting, and dispositions in order to achieve associate adoption and effectiveness- Partner with associate platform interface teams to identify screen flow and presentation improvement opportunitiesSKILLS WE LOOK FORRequired Skills:- BA/BS Degree- 5+ years of Process Design experience- Experience writing BRDs and/or capturing design requirements- Detail oriented and execution focused (speed to execution and quality of execution are critical)- Ability to navigate the organization to accomplish goals- Strong relationship management skills - ability to influence partners and drive consensus- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to operate in the gray spaceDesired Skills:- Previous experience in a highly matrixed financial institution- Six Sigma or Project Management experience- Experience with Lead Generation in a Marketing organizationJob Band:H5Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Weekly Schedule:Referral Bonus Amount:0 --> Job Description:WHY SHOULD I APPLY?
