Job Description:The Global Human Resources (GHR) PMO team oversees the execution, integration, stakeholder engagement and risk management of change projects executed across this role, you may partner with other teams and resources to develop and deliver components of the adoption and engagement plan.You will work with business SMEs, project managers and service delivery partners to identify stakeholders and impacted audiences and to develop audience impacts analyses. You may also work with Global Learning and Internal & Corporate Communications to develop training and communications for impacted audiences.Project Management responsibilities may include utilizing enterprise change management tools and partnering with HR project teams on change manager requirements and deliverables related to the project''s Change Adoption Plan.Responsibilities IncludeWork directly with key HR l business partners to develop communications and engagement strategy and tactics that support HR and project goals.Responsibilities may include stakeholder analysis, audience impacts assessment, comprehensive strategy development, development and execution of the tactics in the strategy/plan including engagement routines/processes, partnership with Global Learning and Internal & Corporate Communications on training and communications required, measurement planning and execution, etc.Enterprise Role Overview Contributes to programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Assesses the adoption risk associated with the change effort. Identifies, develops and executes strategies and supporting tactics to engage and influence all stakeholders to make needed behavioral changes. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Responsible for tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. Experience with BAC Change and Project Management tools and processes. Responsible for Clarity and PCM updates and project documents. Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
