Job Description:The Team: The Senior Marketing Programs Development Manager is part of the broader Chief Marketing Officer organization and aligns to the Direct Response Marketing team. Our team specifically supports the marketing strategies for Consumer and Small Business Products. We develop direct marketing campaigns and programs driving tactical and operational direct mail activities, inclusive of working with internal business partners and creative agencies to develop campaign creative, and ensure flawless execution of program expectations in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. We responsibly manage to all budgetary and operational constraints and are expected to proactively identify, manage and control risks and appropriately escalate any issues. Each campaign is viewed through an analytic lens and we take ownership of effective processes to drive efficiency and continuously improve program performance. This individual participates in the overall marketing objectives and recommendations for strategies including creative execution, expense targets, and future plans. We work to transform strategic initiatives into engaging direct mail campaigns. For example, we:Determine effective creative marketing strategies to deliver on LOB priorities within the direct mail channelWork with and manage creative agency deliverables to produce top quality, effective, and error-free marketingResearch and monitor test and campaign results, socialize findings and implement to positively impact plansNegotiate and secure all partner and legal approvals to maintain the highest level of control and accuracyOperate efficiently with Production partners while maintaining deadlines and always seek ways to improve processesKey Responsibilities: Effectively develop and execute direct mail campaigns to deliver against Segment Marketing/LOB strategy including program and campaign tactics that enable accurate communication to drive product terface with a variety of internal resources to ensure execution for direct mail campaigns is feasible, implemented accurately according to established standards, and optimizes efficiency without sacrificing performance.Work closely with creative agencies to develop direct mail collateral; influencing across partners to deliver clear, actionable feedback.Manage campaign-level activities and results with Segment Marketing partners; communicate accurate specifications and collaborate with Production partners to ensure controlled, accurate processes.Ensure compliance with enterprise, legal and department processes and policies to ensure control and achievement of standards.Socialize creative recommendations and rationale, test results and hypotheses, and implementation.Ensure development, coordination and communication of campaign schedules.Required skills:Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in fast-paced environment with demonstrated marketing experience.Superior attention to detail and strong organization skills to help manage competing prioritiesProven skills for building partnerships and influencing to achieve strategyProcess oriented, looks for ways to continuously improve efficiency and reduce riskOutstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Bachelor''s degree or equivalentDesired skills:Knowledge of direct mail tactics and creative development for direct mail marketingExperience working with creative advertising agencies and providing insightful feedback during the creative development processHighly collaborative, effective at working across multiple partner teams to execute initiatives and manage changeSelf-motivated, proactively manages day-to-day activitiesThorough knowledge of Bank of America policies and petence to identify and escalate concerns/issues with a sense of urgencyJob Band:H5Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Weekly Schedule:Referral Bonus Amount:0 --> Job Description:The Team: The Senior Marketing Programs Development Manager is part of the broader Chief Marketing Officer organization and aligns to the Direct Response Marketing team.
