The Digital Banking business goal is to provide a seamless, personalized experience for each client that spans and supports their full relationship with us - from banking to investing to retirement.Digital Business & Integration Manager Job Description:Drive digital strategic initiatives under direction of Retail CDE. Acts as an objective advisor to LOB heads across a broad set of COO functions. Work with the Retail Chief Digital Exec to drive the organizational vision, strategy, and needs for Retail. Creates innovative solutions and drives execution of key strategic initiatives. Executes business/strategic planning process across sub-lines of business including management of strategic reviews by senior leadership. Leads reporting and analytical efforts to deepen understanding of business economics, KPIs, performance etc. Partners closely across organization to deliver an integrated Retail digital strategy focused on digital adoption, growth and reducing costs. This is a vital leadership role that will drive results, spur growth and increase the overall efficiency of the corporation.Primary responsibilities for this role include:Business coordination and designs solutions across sales, adoption, service and international digital strategySpearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.Assist executive team members in creating, growing and building a world class, industry leading organization.Support executive leadership questions, facilitating decision-making around critical business issues and opportunitiesDesign, plan and implement business strategies. Developing executive presentations (e.g., senior leaders)Summarize executive stories and results for leadership. Gather data/insights for developing material and content for presentationsCross segment and cross line of business integration and coordinationForge strategic partnerships and relationships with partners and teammates within the team, in digital, and cross LOBsTranslate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, performance management, and annual planningCreate and manage digital reports. Manage KPIs, headlines, metrics; analyze and interpret data and metricsMonitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare report outsMaintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholdersCreate effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company.Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the company including but not limited to professional staff, management level employees and executive leadership team members.
