Lindamood-Bell, an internationally recognized leader in educational research and remediation, seeks a Center Director for the Walnut Creek Learning Center. Position Summary: Leading a team of skilled educators, the Center Director oversees the daily operation of the learning center, managing client and professional relationships and employee performance. The Center Director provides stellar customer service while engaging and following up with clients to increase student enrollment. In addition, the Center Director represents Lindamood-Bell to the community by presenting at conferences, events, and schools and developing and maintaining professional relationships. A Center Director must hold a Bachelor''s Degree or higher and have a passion for the field of learning and for helping others. A Center Director should have experience leading a successful team and have a proven track record in management and sales. A polished and dynamic public speaker, a Center Director must possess strong oral and written communication skills. Specific duties include but are not limited to the following: Implementing and ensuring quality delivery of Lindamood-Bell''s instructional programs Answering information inquiries to discuss Lindamood-Bell instruction options with prospective clients Evaluating students'' learning profiles to provide accurate recommendations for Lindamood-Bell® instruction based on evaluations Performing testing consultations with potential clients and following up with clients after consultations to facilitate enrollment Managing a team of instructional and operational staff and providing appropriate professional development for team members Achieving specific sales goals to increase center enrollment, maintain profitability at the local level, and contribute to the company as a whole Communicating regularly with Regional Director of Sales Hosting Lindamood-Bell functions including VIP luncheon, open house, etc. and represent Lindamood-Bell at Chamber meetings, professional organizations, and other community events Actively searching for presentation and event opportunities to promote Lindamood-Bell instructional services Developing, maintaining, and tracking relationships with referral sources, potential referral sources, area professionals, and past clients Your vaccination status will be requested upon offer of employment.
