Customer Support Specialist

Beacon Hill Associates is partnering with a company that is looking for a Customer Support Specialist! This is for a company that specializes in electronics manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for handling quotations, contract renewals, facilitate customer order changes, route inbound calls to the proper departments and work closely with outside dales, service and engineering staff!Hours: 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday (onsite)Type: Temp to HireLocation: Shakopee, MNJob Duties:* Communicate with customers via phone, email* Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability* Work with internal departments to meet customer''s needs* Data entry in various platforms- SAP (ERP), CRM (training will be provided)* Quote productsQualifications:* 2 year Business Associate Degree (required) or Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent level of education (preferred)* At least 2- 3 years'' of relevant work experience preferably within a manufacturing business environment* Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint* Understanding the of use of SAP ERP and CRM software (training provided)* Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
