You will also have responsibilities to:Recruit security officersMeet state licensing requirementsParticipate in job fairsReview applications and conduct phone and in person interviewsPossess top notch organization skillsTo be considered for this position, you will need to have the following experience and ability:A minimum of two years'' experienceHeavy recruiting experienceHighly professional and ethical with unquestioned integrity.Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.Conscientious and demonstrated initiative.Excellent interpersonal skills.Good interviewing skills.
