We would love for you to come and work at Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities!Title: Home Care Admissions Nurse| The Admissions (Start of Care) Nurse is responsible for completing admissions for our Home Care team. You will direct patient care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or Nurse Supervisor. Responsibilities include following and creating the plan of care, providing and determining treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes. Hours: Full-time - Days - Weekends. Work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Work 32 hours and get paid for 40!Territory: Our office is based in Roseville, MN and our service area covers the 13 County Twin Cities Metro area.
