Embedded Software Tools Specialist

The Embedded Software Tools Specialist will provide user support for instrumentation and data acquisition tools such as Vector and ETAS tools. This support will include installation, license management and troubleshooting. The Engineer will support Hardware in the Loop (HIL) Labs with HW acquisition, SW installs and licensing and both HW/SW troubleshooting. The Engineer will also have super user capabilities in order to support/troubleshoot on users Windows based PCs. The Engineer is also expected to interface with tool suppliers, understand tool capabilities, evaluate alternative solutions, support business case development, and interface with various teams to drive solution implementation.
