Job Description:Who You Are:As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will provide overall performance test oversight, escalate risks and track performance test progress. He/she will work with stakeholders on a daily basis to understand business needs and priorities that can be translated into non-functional requirements to support build, execution, and monitoring capabilities for an application''s overall performance health and stability.What You Will DoPrioritize scope, maintain budget, and define testing timelinesExecutive level communication (written/verbal) to business and technology stakeholders of status, risks, issuesWorks closely with application development, architecture, infrastructure and production support groups for defect triage and production planningReports findings according to a defined process, such as sending an emailParticipate in project/team meetings and actively contributeHave a solid understanding of Agile methodology with expertise in Jira/RallyHave a good understanding of Performance testing process(Experience in Loadrunner/Jmeter)Required Skills:6+ years of previous hands on experience managing technology projectsUnderstanding of Agile Methodology and JIRAProject Estimation and Resource ForecastingExcellent verbal and written communication of status, timeline, issues, risks with ability to translate complex technical issues into business contextBuild relationships with key business and technology stakeholdersApplication knowledge of critical business flows with focus on end user experience Defect management and escalation Resource ManagementDesired SkillsKnowledge of Splunk or App DynamicsPrior experience working with external development vendorsTechnology Infrastructure Organization:Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutionsExcels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forwardExperience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs - is a continuous learnerCommitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive changeParticipate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client baseBelieves in value of diversity so we can reflect, connect and meet the diverse needs of our clients and employees around the worldSupports for End to End Technology for programs and projects. Manages multiple projects or a single major project. Partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutions. Assists with technology estimates, manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment. Manages to timelines and communicates project status and has matrix management responsibility. Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders. Use the right questions and tools to uncover root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations.
