Some Saturdays will be necessary during peak season. We manufacture vinyl and aluminum fence that is designed for the Do-It-Yourself customer. Our product is sold direct to customers through our website, as well as through the following retailers: Amazon US, Amazon CA, Costco CA, Houzz, Home Depot US, Home Depot CA, Lowes US, Lowes CA, Walmart, and Wayfair. Nych Group (Formerly WamBam Fence, Inc.) was started in 2009 and is a spin off from successful companies such as New England Arbors and Mayne Outdoor Products. Job Overview Customer Care - Parts Department We are seeking to fill a position that will focus on customer care for our customers and filling custom parts orders by hand in our warehouse. This role will focus on customer care via phone and email and filling custom parts orders by hand in our warehouse. We are a quickly growing company that is constantly evolving and improving processes. This role is for someone who embraces change and loves to be a team player. The seating arrangement for this employee will be located at a quad desk in the warehouse. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responding to general customer service inquiries via email, phone, and vendor portals. Packaging custom parts orders in a timely manner to fulfill our company''s warranty policy to the customer Providing technical expertise and support to customers who have installation questions Manually enter orders and process payments in our CRM system Package custom parts orders Assist with inventory management of parts Restock and organize incoming parts and box orders Minimum Qualifications: 1-2 years of customer service experience Excellent written and oral communications Ability to multi-task in a sometimes fast paced environment Interpersonal skills including collaborative personality, confidence, and empathy Attention to detail Problem solving capabilities Must be able to lift 30lb Preferred Non-Essential Qualifications: Prior database or CRM system experience 1-2 years warehouse experience 1-2 years MS Office Suite 1-2 years forklift experience 3-5 years customer service experience Summary: We are looking for a team player and someone who will jive with the rest of us in our growth environment.
