Thrift Store Support

The support person is responsible for filling in and providing day-to-day support at our thrift store locations, primarily in Hendersonville. This person will exemplify a high degree of integrity, honesty, organizational and customer service skills. A responsibility of this position will be assisting with the recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing of volunteers. Other important responsibilities include maximizing sales and profitability by managing donations, maintaining a safe, clean organized store, and assisting the manager in building on community partnerships to increase awareness of WCCA''s mission of the store. Education/Training: One (1) year related work experience.Experience: Retail/customer service and volunteer management.
