ResponsibilitiesLead project delivery teams assisting clients in the understanding of the valuation of businesses and intangible assets in the context of mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax and regulatory reporting, restructuring, and management planningDesign valuation project scope, manage day to day activities of project team and take responsibility for overall quality control of client deliverablesLead the review of third party business and intangible asset valuation reports for audit supportManage client relationships with the intention to become the key Firm contact for the clientDelegates work to Staff according to their experience and capabilitiesReview the work of Staff, providing mentoring and performance reviewsDevelop business by expanding existing relationships with clients, maintaining personal networks, and participating in civic, business, and professional organizationsQualifications5+ years of business valuation related experience requiredBachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required; Master''s degree preferredStrong skills in research, writing, and in general accounting requiredExperience preparing valuations for financial and tax reporting purposes requiredAbility to work on multiple engagements requiredStrong technical skills including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint requiredStrong proficiency with on-line databases (Capital IQ) and Internet research of company specific,industry and economic analysis requiredValuation credentials, or pursuit of such credentials (ASA/AM, CPA/ABV, CVA, AVA, CFA) strongly preferred
