JOB SUMMARYResearches, analyzes, and develops modifications to compensation programs to meet identified organization objectives and needs. This is an experienced specialist. Makes judgments and takes actions that may set precedents. Evaluates and makes recommendations for changes in organizational programs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Analyzes costs and competitive trends in cash compensation and identifies the organization''s position Prepares data and participates in surveys and in reviews of data Documents and evaluates positions up through middle management Participates in development of compensation policy Prepares data for proposals for new business Prepares and delivers gainsharing calculations Prepares annual STI calculations (manual) or review calculations in the HRIS system Advises managers on individual salary treatment Ensures SuccessFactors is accessed/updated as needed with all compensation related items: Job Profiles (job descriptions) Job Codes Positions Pay Ranges Approve pay changes/actions/new hires Other pertinent data relating to the Compensation Module Prepares employee communications materials Runs reports on a periodic (or ad hoc) basis Performs other duties as required by management QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor''s degree in HR or equivalent 3 - 5 years compensation experience Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds. ADDITIONAL INFO
