Job Description:Role Summary:The Project Manager will play an integral role leading 3rd party vendors in delivering exceptional support to our GWIM Advisory branch locations throughout the country. This team directly supports client facing associates who depend on this teams underlying technology daily in order to exceed customer expectations. The technology supported is primarily hardware, but they''re often troubleshooting issues and solving problems well beyond their primary function. Each engagement is an opportunity to develop a loyal customer who will seek us out in the future to support their business.Responsibilities:Responsible for cabling infrastructure, network hardware, desktop deployment, voice & video equipment, digital signage, delivery of television services, and more.
