Scheduler I

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scheduler I in Walnut Creek, CA. They will have the overall responsibility for supporting the Scheduling coordinators and Managers, including all responsibilities of the Scheduling role.Responsibilities: Scheduler will demonstrate the ability to learn new techniques and adapt to using the tools aligned with the organization Work on roll out of new initiatives (mobile applications, new software, etc.) as directed by leadership/with Scheduling peers Demonstrate strong work ethic; Be committed to excellence and be a positive influence to others Schedulers regularly meet with leadership to provide timely, comprehensive verbal and written status reports on clinician requests and staffing & forecasting updates as directed by leadership Work within a team-driven setting to drive results and provide customer satisfaction to our clinicians, while being able to work independently on assigned tasks Reads and abides by the company''s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs Other duties as assigned
