Accounts Receivable - B2B Collections Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce client is seeking and experienced Accounts Receivable -B2B Collections Specialist Professional to join their growing team with the primary function of B2B Collections. This is an exciting opportunity with a quickly growing company offering advancement opportunities and quarterly bonuses!Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collections Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts utilizing work queue Collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced goal oriented collections department Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts As a Collections Specialist, you will provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process, and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments Prepare daily/weekly/monthly aging reports for clients Credit check and order hold releases Create/maintain customer accounts
