Assistant Portfolio Manager - Great Opportunity

Duties will include but are not limited to:•Tenant relations and organization of tenant events •Construction walks for tenant improvements and TI•AR responsibilities including distribution of rent statements and follow up calls for outstanding sums•AP responsibilities including coding invoices and submitting for payment•File retention and updates of tenant and vendor insurance files•Other responsibilities as you continue to grow in this positionPrior experience in Commercial Property Management is essential for success in this role but it is a great opportunity for someone with that experience who would like to grow into a Portfolio Manager in their own right.
