Overview Establish and lead a global effort to consolidate, optimize, and syndicate product content and digital assets to internal and external eCommerce customers. Utilizing PIM/DAM systems to build efficient workflows for cross functional teams, this key aspect of HBI''s digital transformation spans all brands/categories as well as all major selling regions. Responsibilities The Senior Manager - PXM manages the teams comprising 4 pillars of the Global Product Content Center of Excellence being established as part of HBI''s digital transformation. These pillars include Administration of the PXM (Salsify) platform, eCommerce Content Optimization, eCommerce Content Syndication, and Digital Shelf Analytics. This includes but is not limited to: Lead the full-scale, global rollout of the chosen enterprise class PXM solution (Salsify) through all stages of development and maintenance. Lead the development of the Global Product Content Center of Excellence, establishing best practices for eCommerce content/deployment. Lead cross-functional business process workflows to establish new/more efficient operating rhythm for product data go-to-market within eCommerce. Build Digital Shelf analytics and collaborate with business partners ''test and learn'' scenarios for increasing page rank and marketshare across HBI''s eCommerce landscape. Partner with business leadership in wider-scale adoption of Digital best practices across both business and technical domains. Participates in end user adoption efforts to ensure active and effective utilization of the PXM solution by the business. Manages vendor relationships to maximize value to the business. Negotiates simple contracts. Implements standards and changes to systems/applications. Provides technical and business expertise. Manages staff with a broad spectrum mix of technical and business acumen with a focus on leadership, technical/business strategy, and mentorship. Ensures adherence to applications security procedures, change control guidelines and Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Required: Bachelor''s required, Master''s in Analytics, Information Systems, or MBA preferred. 10+ years or more experience building and leading eCommerce focused teams in Systems (CMS/DAM/PIM) implementation, Content development, and eCommerce Retailer integration. Preferred Experience: Strong foundation in eCommerce (DTC/B2B/B2C) technologies with hands on experience implementing global CMS/PIM/DAM solutions, and leading end-user adoption of those technologies. Broad understanding of top-tier eCommerce retailer (Amazon/Target/Walmart/etc.) from a backend systems perspective, as well as frontend content/digital asset/advertising requirements. Strong Search Engine Optimization research experience across multiple platforms (Google/Bing/Amazon/Walmart/etc.) Strong creative background with understanding on existing and emerging creative technologies and methods (3D/AR/Video/In-Store Augmentation/etc.) Experience building/leading cross-functional teams in the eCommerce space, focusing on both technology as well as functional business. Possesses comprehensive business & technical knowledge, and the organizational skills to oversee highly complex projects with high visibility / high impact on the business Demonstrates a sense of urgency, thoroughness and quality towards assigned tasks/goals Experience in system design as well as providing guidance on all aspects of SDLC, project management and Change Management across methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Excellent time and project management skills, across multiple concurrent initiatives with strong track record of delivery, on time and on budget. Uses innovative problem solving and critical thinking approaches to proactively solve a broad range of problems across technologies Expertise in designing and building applications for scalability and redundancy and with global considerations and scalability in mind.
