This full-service facility offers a wide array of specialty services including surgical OR, emergency services ER, cardiology, women''s services OB, and orthopedics.The RN Nurse Director Emergency Services will manage all departmental functions in compliance with hospital policies and standards. The RN Nurse Director will implement strategies for promotion of increased patient satisfaction rates. The RN Nurse Director will also act as a mentor and serve as an expert for all staff within unit and ensure proper nursing techniques are utilized appropriately.The RN Nurse Director Emergency Services will design and implement metrics that effectively demonstrate the effectiveness of the program in regards to clinical, financial, patient satisfaction, and patient outcomes. The RN Nurse Director will work with leadership to manage and monitor outcomes of patient-centered care.
