Job Description:Line of Business Role DescriptionWant to change the world? Why don''t you start with Operational Excellence. In this role you will be redesigning processes, challenging norms and overseeing integration of new solutions. You''ll need to display agility, creativity and thought leadership.Must be future focused with a thirst for learning, even if your experience doesn''t precisely match the job description.Responsibilities:• Engages with business partners to analyze, implement, and change processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques• Integrates best practices with process design to ensure continuous process improvement• Builds action plans and drives execution• Leads project and initiatives, directing the work of others indirectly• Processes are within a product or service delivery and are typically directed toward improving a business, product, or function• May be SAFe Agilist or Green Belt/Black Belt certified• Support existing strategic initiatives (e.g. Always on Servicing Optimization)Required Skills:• Analytical mindset and approach• Demonstrated ability to understand operational processes and performance improvements• Proven ability to both think strategically end-to-end and execute tactically• Strong written and verbal communication skills -ability to tailor communications to audience• Ability to foster collaboration across multiple groups• Interact with and influence both executive and front-line associates• Creativity - able to look at a problem from a new perspective and to develop new ideas and solutionsDesired Skills:• 3 + years of Fulfillment, Servicing or Operations experience• Process Design experience - focus on people processes and process redesign• Six Sigma and/or Lean experience• Agile Experience- PO/PM/Scrum Master• Deep subject matter expertise in Service, Fulfillment and Operations within TFSOOther Qualifications∙ Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions∙ Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward∙ Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs - is a continuous learner∙ Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change∙ Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base∙ Believes in value of diversity so we can reflect, connect and meet the diverse needs of our clients and employees around the worldJob Band:H5Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Weekly Schedule:Referral Bonus Amount:0 --> Job Description:Line of Business Role DescriptionWant to change the world?
