Warehouse Associate - Immediate Opening!Indianapolis, INPay Rate: $15 per hourShift: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm or 3pm - 11pm Integrity Staffing Solutions has immediate hiring for both warehouse associates and in the Park 100 Area of Indianapolis.These positions are long term career opportunities in a climate controlled environment and require only modest lifting.This is a highly rated position with very little turnover. Our client takes outstanding care of the team and has hired dozens of our associates. Check ins and exit interview feedback is always extremely positive.Purpose: Meeting the demands of our customers through safe, high quality order processing. Team members will be responsible to receiving, put a way, picking, packing and shipping inventory. Team work is a corner stone of our success and we look for individuals who can actively participate in team objectives.Warehouse Associate Job Responsibilities:Unloading, loading, staging, and warehousing of cartons and large bulky objectsUsing safe and secure material handling methods to maximize use of trailer space and distribute merchandise properly according to our standardsVerifying purchase orders, location numbers, case pack quantities, and other information prior to receiving, picking or loading merchandiseCompleting required documentation neatly and accuratelyPerforming spot-checks of system to ensure merchandise is sorted properlyOperating manual and mechanical equipment in a safe mannerWarehouse Associate Job Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to carbon and moving parts.Moving equipment is common in the areaWarehouse Associate Requirements:Must be available to work full time (40 hours per week)Be flexible for overtime with production volume increases, flexible to work alternate shiftsAbility to continuously stand or walk at least 90% of the timeAbility to bend, squat, climb stairs, lift frequently, and reach 40 inchesAbility to lift up to 30 pounds occasionallyStrong interpersonal skills requiredAbout Integrity StaffingOpportunity is everything.At Integrity, we''re passionate about connecting great talent with great companies across North America.
