Underwriting Support Associate - Farm

At COUNTRY Financial, our Underwriting Support Associate processes New Business and change requests on farm and miscellaneous lines within their authority level. You will also collaborate with other Underwriting Support Associates and Underwriters to ensure work is processed efficiently and accurately. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.How does an Underwriting Support Associate make an impact? Processes new business and changes for agribusiness and miscellaneous lines of business. Takes responsibility for information received and the clarification of appropriate codes, insurance coverage limits, and reinstatement/cancellation information without underwriting review.Reviews Farm Umbrella policies to apply the appropriate rate calculation in order to review, change, or reinstate policy with correct premium rate.Participates in projects, meetings, and write procedures as required for agribusiness lines of business. Performs reviews, updates system information, calculates rates, processes inventory changes and policy information to process Farm Umbrella reviews.
