Senior Finance Analyst

Doing well with Covid, actually growing during Covid, and are going to make budget Opportunity for growth Very collaborative culture- ability to make an impact Large company, but still small feel Summer Hours- leave at 12pm on Fridays in the Summer Responsibilities: Prepare templates, facilitate meetings, and provide guidance and support to acquisitions for monthly financial and management reviews. This includes understanding major variances impacting the P&L and FCF and summarize for high level business presentations. Reconcile, validate, and ensure consistency of data from submitted to Financial Reporting system. Partner with Director of Finance to execute and implement a new financial reporting and consolidation system across North America. Partner with NA Finance Director to drive annual operating plan and quarterly forecast cycle including target setting, guideline creation, managing calendar and milestones and producing presentations for senior leadership and board of directors SG&A cost center variance reporting, budgeting and forecasting process Support the successful integration of new acquisitions Drive continuous process improvements in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities through automation, system enhancements, data quality, consolidation, and quality improvement Prepare and analyze special projects as assigned Qualifications: Bachelors in Finance 3+ years of experience Experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields Advanced spreadsheet skills Strong attention to detail
