Plate Former Operator

Our client a manufacturer located in Montoursville is looking for full time Plate Press Operators. These are temp to hire opportunities with openings on all shifts. Job Duties: Preparing the roll of plate stock onto the roll stand with the assistance of other operators. Starting the process of producing plates by threading roll stock and starting machine. Determining when product meets quality standards of all areas for further operations of packaging. Maintaining operations of the text wrap, heat shrink tunnel, and label machines. Ensuring communications with assigned packers Assist packers with labeling of bags and boxes Maintain Housekeeping Requirements: 6 months prior manufacturing or machine operations experience Ability to stand, walk and repetitive hand motions Occasionally lift/push up to 50 pounds Reach/work overhead, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling Pay: $13.00 to $14.00 per hour depending on shift Hours: 1st shift 7am-3pm, 2nd shift 3pm-11pm, 3rd shift 11pm-7am Qualified?
