Responsibilities:
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Sorting and distributing mail.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service/administrative setting
Ability to work their way through Excel and other computer related functions
