Day to Day: Assist potential customers with their questions about our services with a professional demeanor Operate every day with urgency, compassion, and giving the customer the best experience they can get Create solutions & be a problem solver Manage and service existing customer relationships Provide support and assistance when needed in all departments who work with the Customer Service team Be able to identify problems, troubleshoot, and escalate problems to our compliance and management team
